Exquisite Oasis
immersive surroundinghelpful staffbaby seat
This accommodation was very charming indeed. The gardens feature water ponds with algae and frogs and turtles, this create a uniquely immersive natural surrounding. The staff was happy to assist in many ways. They even organised our transfer with a baby seat, quite hard to find.
The location requires 20 euro taxi rides to the center, it can add up quick.

The hotel is placed a bit far from the city center and it requires taxi transport. The taxi should cost about 20 euro each way, so consider it in your plans.

The premium suite was exactly what we hoped. It was like a luxurious home away from home, this is a great thing. The room was big and clean, so it was an amazing thing.

The staff was very kind. They were happy to assist in many ways. I'm so grateful for all the help I received. They did everything to accommodate us well.

The pool area is wonderful. I enjoyed it thoroughly. I loved the beautiful communal areas, they are amazing. The gym features several machines for the guests to use.

i found the grounds to be fine with so many areas to explore. The outdoor barber was a nice touch that i noticed. The staff were attentive, and they booked a horse ride with transport for me on short notice.

I enjoyed the free shuttle. It got me to the city and back. The pool was warm in January. I loved walking through gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much.
The gym had limited equipment. It could use more variety.

The hotel is an oasis away from the city. It reminded me of living in nature, with a unique cultivation of vegetables and leafy greens. I saw local goats, many trees, natural water ponds, and water fountains.

I found the grounds fine. The heated pool reached a perfect 28 degrees. the food options proved fabulous. i particularly enjoyed sushi at the yoshi bar and a dinner at the restaurant. the grey wine, similar to a very pale rose, was good at lunch.
The shuttle bus did not take us directly to the main medina. It dropped us off at a roundabout. this required us to take taxis quite often.

The hotel has a lovely heated pool that is maintained at 28 degrees. It made swimming very enjoyable. i noticed many shady spots with comfortable seating near the pool area, providing relaxation options. lush gardens surround the pool area.

Our junior suite featured a very large bed, two king sizes put together. It offered ample space. the room included three terraces, providing different views and private outdoor areas, i noticed. there was also a comfortable lounge area perfect.

Yoshi bar served very good sushi for lunch. I enjoyed the fresh flavors. the restaurant also served excellent food. the grey wine, resembling a pale rose, was a standout during lunch, though the service was generally attentive.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service. It goes to and from the new town medina, i discovered. this shuttle service made it easier to access the city center. it is a helpful amenity for exploring the area.

The staff maintained attentiveness, especially in the restaurant. They addressed our needs promptly. service catered well for coeliac dietary requirements, which i appreciated. every staff member displayed a genuine smile. It enhanced our overall experience.
